Drop - Off CAMP Policy, Registration Form & Participation Agreement

Please complete this form to participate in LBL Drop Off/CAMP. You only need to complete this form ONE TIME for us to keep on file for year-round drop - off activities.


Our skilled staff will ensure that your kids are entertained while you attend to your daily responsibilities.


CAMP INCLUDES

  • Full access to our indoor playground, activities like rock wall climbing, ball pool, slides, pretend play stations, magnetic tiles, sensory swings, sensory room, bubbles, and snacks. Pizzas are included for CAMP after 5 pm.

  • All campers must be 3.5 years old, fully potty trained and separated by the start of camp.

  • This is a drop-off program, with some sessions tailored for campers 3.5-5 years of age, and some sessions tailored for campers 5+.

WHAT TO KNOW

  • Camps start at non-refundable fee of $59.99 per day (a credit may be given if you cancel at least 24 hours prior. Full refund will be given if we cancel camp).

  • Please stay up to date with immunizations and confirm with staff prior to camp. All campers must adhere to Health screening and Illness Prevention/Outbreak Control Policy.

  • Please communicate any allergies or special needs to us prior to camp via this Camp Registration Form.

  • Please arrive on time for drop off and pick up. We have a grace period of 10 minutes, after that you will be charged a late pick up fee of $1 per minute.

  • Campers should arrive to camp with filled water bottle and a change of clothes.

    Campers must wear grip socks.​

  • Remember, our goal is to create a positive and safe environment for all campers! Campers must not disrupt other children or pose a danger to themselves or others.

  • Disciplinary Policy:

    1. Behavior Guidelines:


      • Responsibility: Treat others with respect, use good manners, and deal peacefully with disagreements.

      • Respect: Be accountable for actions, set a good example, and think before acting.

      • Fairness: Play by the rules, take turns, and treat everyone fairly.

      • Caring: Be kind, compassionate, and obey rules.

    2. Unacceptable Behavior:

      • Endangering health and safety.

      • Bullying, teasing, or making fun of others.

      • Fighting or physical violence.

      • Using profanity or damaging property.

    3. Discipline Procedures:

  • Please note that mini-camp runs concurrently with open play (at reduced capacity) and does not have exclusive use of the space, but we have staff dedicated to the campers.
