Cancellation Policy
SAFETY/RULES: *Admission includes up to 1 adult per child entry. *Socks REQUIRED for ALL. Grip socks REQUIRED for all kids. *Strollers should be parked outside. *Adults must supervise their children. *Babies in arms are free with paid sibling admission. *No rough play. *Please ask for restroom key to change diapers. EXPULSION POLICY: We reserve the right to expel any guests disrespecting staff/patrons or violating rules. CANCELLATION/NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS: Party deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. Party cancellations within 15 days of the event will be charged in full due to loss of available spots. Open play, classes are non-refundable and non transferable but can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Drop Off can be canceled within 24 hours. Refunds for drop off will be issued within 3 business days. We will issue refunds if we cancel any activities booked. WAIVER REQUIRED: The undersigned, on his or her own behalf, and on behalf of any executors, heirs, successors and assigns, hereby acknowledges and agrees: LITTLE BRAIN LAB are not responsible for Participants who utilize the space and it is the responsibility of the undersigned individual to supervise any minors they bring into the facility. PHOTO RELEASE/RELEASE, DISCHARGE & AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE – I, for myself and any minor Participant child and our respective heirs, personal representatives and assigns, do hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue LITTLE BRAIN LAB or its managers, members, employees and/or other agents, for any sickness, injury to or death of any Participant arising, directly or indirectly, from participation in the activities. This release, discharge and covenant not to sue shall relate to any and all claims or legal rights now existing or arising in the future, including claims and legal rights arising out of photo/video use, any negligence of LITTLE BRAIN LAB and/or its managers, members, employees and/or other agents and any other breach of a legal duty arising out of common law, statute, contract or otherwise. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS: Clients will be billed until canceled, 30 days notice is required for cancellation. FOOD/BEVERAGE: We do not offer food deliveries. No returns or refunds will be granted for food items provided by our local restaurant partner. CAMP/HEALTH SCREENING AND SICK POLICY: Signed CAMP Registration form is required to drop - off.
